Should have knock knock knocked on wood

So, the whole moving house was going waaaaaay too smoothly.
Until last night.
I got a call from my new landlady and apparently I have no bathroom!!!!
The last tenants have left a huge mess she said, and what was thought to be a small fix up job has now seen the entire bathroom ripped out and it is not going to be put back in in time for me to move in this weekend!!!!
She has offered to pay for me to stay at a motel for the two or so nights until it's ready, but Mummy wants me to stay with her instead, so I think I'll do that.
Miss Belle however is going to have to rough it in an hutch...like some sort of animal! She is not going to be pleased!

In other news, have been watching lots of Marilyn Monroe films whilst packing as this Saturday I shall become her for a friend's work do.
What fun. I can't wait! And I get paid, which is a nice little bonus even though I'd happilly do this sort of thing for free!

And, I am getting closer and closer to becoming an unemployed bum. Still no job.

:(

However, fairy business is going well. I had a gig out in a playcentre in Te Aroha the other week for a little girl turning two and 14 of her friends!!!!!
I was scared!
Especially since it was a two hour party, but all went swimmingly and I am officially a fan of 2yos. They are so much fun!
Also fun is my brand new toy (which I'm telling people I bought for my business.....it's kinda true...) Anyway, it is a super dooper bubble machine which blows gazillions of bubbles everywhere! It is so much fun!!!! And the littlies liked it too! ;)

I also organised today to have an ad put in the Yellow Pages - finally!

My balloon animals are also improving. I can make a sword, a doggy and a bunny off by heart :D

I am desperate to get this business off the ground, as it may soon become my only source of income!
My fairy friends overseas have told me it took them about 7-8 years to go full time, but that was mainly because they lacked the confidence to do it.
So who knows, maybe soon I'll be hiring!

(Oh yes, and I guess Elfy has been busy getting ready for her holiday, but the musical quote came from Blood Brothers).
